Telephone Teller

With the 24-Hour Telephone Teller system, you can manage your accounts anytime, day or night. We put a WGLFCU teller in your home, office, car, and anywhere else there is a touch-tone telephone. To sign up for this service please contact a Member Service representative for your authorization code which will give you on spot access to all the services of Telephone Teller.

Calling Telephone Teller

Accessing your accounts is easy:

  1. Call the 24-Hour Telephone Teller number
  • Local: 703.750.7505
  • Toll-free: 1.800.952.3999
  1. Press 1 to access Telephone Teller
  2. Enter your member number (4-5 digit account number)
  3. Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key. (First time callers should use the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be prompted to change this to a PIN of your choice.)

Manage your accounts with just a few touches of the keypad. When you call, you will be guided by a friendly voice through your transaction. Changes made to your account are made immediately, accurately, and securely.
