With the 24-Hour Telephone Teller system, you can manage your accounts anytime, day or night. We put a WGLFCU teller in your home, office, car, and anywhere else there is a touch-tone telephone. To sign up for this service please contact a Member Service representative for your authorization code which will give you on spot access to all the services of Telephone Teller.
Calling Telephone Teller
Accessing your accounts is easy:

- Press 1 to access Telephone Teller
- Enter your member number (4-5 digit account number)
- Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key. (First time callers should use the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be prompted to change this to a PIN of your choice.)
